1. Relocation of Customer Service Counter
Please be informed that the Customer Service Counter will be relocated due to upgrading works from Mon, 9 Sep 2019 onwards. The temporary counter can be located at Red Zone Area within the Car Park. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service Officer at 6852 8200 from 9am to 9pm daily.
2. Closure of Staircase beside Carpark Entrance
Please be informed that the staircase (beside Carpark Entrance) leading to Orchid Bowl is inaccessible till further notice. For access to Orchid Bowl, please use the staircase near swimming pool. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
3. Hoarding of Grand Staircase
Please be informed that the grand staircase at the atrium will be hoarded from 2 July 2019 onwards. For access to Pin Si Restaurant and BBQ Pits, kindly use the staircase near the swimming pool.
